As a Vinyasa yoga teacher, holistic health coach, artist and through her herbal medicine studies; Alexandra has created a centre of reconnection through her deeply transformative retreats, private ceremonies and yoga classes.
We do our best to support the environment that so generously nourishes us. All of our meals are organic and locally sourced- if not grown on site! All our yoga mats, props and tools are made of natural fibres and come from Scottish producers.
The rhythm of my retreats are created with nature in mind. All activities are coordinated according to the natural flow of a day. The Ayurvedic body clock has been a great tool for scheduling. Mornings include an energising, solar practice, middle of the day is for tantalising activities and our most nourishing meal. Relaxing, socialising, gentle movement time comes in the afternoon followed by a grounding evening meal and a gong bath before bed.
